Momentum approach
We build on the momentum gained from a race to move straight to the next challenge. We are also a team of mult-taskers, running the 2012 car whilst the 2013 car is being developed in parallel.
Attention to detail
Every avenue for performance improvement is explored no matter how small. This rigorous attention to detail means that potential defects in the process are eliminated.
