Eau Rouge isn’t the challenge that it once was, but Spa is still a fantastic circuit. It has a lot of fast corners, which allow a Formula One car to stretch its legs and I think it’s fair to say that everyone looks forward to racing here.

AT&T Williams have been very consistent on every type of circuit this year, so I’m confident that we’ll be on the pace this weekend. We have new front and rear wings, but that’s the same for everyone because Spa is the first low downforce circuit of the year.
Nazionale Piloti
The temperatures will be lower than they were in Valencia, which is a relief because it was too hot in Spain. Forget about Malaysia and Bahrain; the conditions for the drivers were worse in Valencia. At the end of the race I looked like my dad when he was racing because I was very hot!

I returned to Monaco after Valencia, before heading to Spa on Wednesday. Last night I played with Michael Schumacher for his Nazionale Piloti football team against a local side. I played up front, but didn’t get a goal – damn it. Luckily, we won 5-2.

The fun didn’t stop there. This morning I was attached to a reverse bungee with two stuntmen from German TV programme “Alarm for Cobra 11”. They pretended to hit me and I was launched into the air. It was like being blown up in a movie and I enjoyed it a lot. RTL filmed the whole thing and they’re going to broadcast the footage over the weekend. As PR stunts go, it was a good one.

Now, though, it’s time to focus on the track action.
