Frank Williams was a late arrival in the AT&T Williams pit garage during qualifying today because he watched Q1 from the bottom of Eau Rouge. “I’ve been having the time of my life,” said Frank. “The cars are so fast through there; it’s thrilling.”

Nico Rosberg is renowned as a book worm and his current reading material is Jackie Stewart’s autobiography, ‘Winning is not enough’. We know this because he keeps nipping into the AT&T Williams marketing office to borrow our copy!

There was a worrying development this afternoon when it became apparent that neither AT&T Williams driver knew the number of sets of tyres available to them over a grand prix weekend. “Seven?” said Nico Rosberg in an interview for the AT&T Williams podcast. Kazuki Nakajima had breakfast this morning with various TV broadcasters. He enjoyed a good chat with Martin Brundle (BBC) and Jacky Eeckelaert (RTBF) over a couple of poached eggs, but the rest of the guests seemed more interested in talking to TF1 presenter and girlfriend of Romain Grosjean, Marion Jolles…
