Today’s season-opener turned into a bit of a celeb-fest, with the likes of actor Clive Owen, tennis player Monica Seles, comedian Rory Bremner and King Juan Carlos of Spain dropping in to see Fernando Alonso win his first race for Ferrari. Clearly, an F1 race is the only place to be seen this year.

AT&T Williams’ head of new business, Dom Riley, couldn’t hide his dissatisfaction this morning when our lovely catering girls refused to serve him his customary bacon and eggs for breakfast. The girls were only trying to look after his waistline, so did they really deserve what we call the ‘Room 101 treatment’?

Members of AT&T Williams will have less than a week at home before heading out to Australia, but that doesn’t mean they won’t have time to enjoy themselves.
