Richard Lavers, our Senior Account Manager in charge of partner relations, takes on the blog this weekend to report from Malaysia.

Being AT&T Williams’ only account manager at this race, it’s going to be pretty busy. We have guests attending on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so today has been a planning day. I’ve been collecting passes, checking things are in order with the Paddock Club and talking to sponsors about logistics.

Today has also been a chance for me to catch up on emails because I was at an Accenture event with Nico Hulkenberg yesterday. We were at their offices inside the Petronas Twin Towers, where Nico met staff and did a few media interviews. It was good fun and we look forward to welcoming Accenture at the track tomorrow.

Now it’s time to head back to the hotel and check whether my laundry’s been cleaned. If it hasn’t, I might be in trouble tomorrow...
