Double Top

Flying Tornado GR4 fighter planes for a living wasn't enough for top gun Graeme 'Baggers' Bagnall. Last week he got behind the wheel of a Williams FW28B, completing every boy's dream double. Baggers flew ATT Williams star Alex Wurz on a 600-mile sortie in a GR4 last month and Wurzy cut short a holiday in Majorca to join Baggers at a rainy Silverstone. "He did really well," says Alex. "The weather was awful, but he did a great job. He kept shouting over the radio, 'this is amazing!'. He did, however, make my engineer nervous when he floored the throttle when leaving the pitlane!"

Let's Dance

You can't get away from us, Nico... The ATT Williams star was spotted by Toby Brown, his number one mechanic, dancing the night away in Ibiza during the first week of the summer break. "It?s true," says Nico, "But I've spent the last two weeks recovering and training hard. Honest.

Jenson's Camping Expedition

While Nico and Alex were in Ibiza and Majorca respectively, Jenson Button embarked on a camping holiday in France with his girlfriend. "I'd never done anything like it before," says Jenson. "We covered 1800kms in six days, travelling through France, the Alps and northern Italy. It was great fun, although we struggled to erect the tent on the first night. It took an hour and a half! Luckily we got better at it..."

On The Head, Son!

Fernando Alonso has started taking his football almost as seriously as his driving. The McLaren star, a Real Madrid fan, is training with Swiss third division side Prangins FC, near his home in Mont-sur-Rolle in Switzerland. It's just as well: he needed all his not inconsiderable skills when he took to the pitch in Istanbul on Wednesday night in a star-studded charity football match.
