Kazuki's Monza Blog: Thursday

I can’t believe that it’s the final European race of the year already. This year’s gone very quickly, I must say, but I guess that’s Formula 1 for you. It’s an intense and fast-moving business.I hope the FW30 will be more competitive at Monza than it was at Spa last weekend. We tested here a couple of weeks ago and the car was quite competitive in low downforce trim. The biggest question mark for everyone on Sunday, however, will be the weather because our weather forecasts predict a high chance of rain.
With back-to-back races, this has been a pretty busy week for me. I flew back to the UK on Sunday night, trained on Monday, went to the factory on Tuesday and flew to Milan on Wednesday. However, I did have time for a bit of relaxation on Monday afternoon when I went to the West London Shooting School with AT&T Williams account manager Richard Lavers. We shot lots of clay pigeons and although Richard asked me not to mention that I was better than him, I can’t resist it!
