You want to know where Kazuki Nakajima had dinner last night? Don’t tell anyone, especially not his girlfriend, but he went to Hooters! He tried to make nothing of the scantily clad waitresses while telling his mechanics about his night out, but slipped in a hopeful, “do they have Hooters in the UK?”

It’s a big weekend for birthdays at AT&T Williams this weekend. The boss turned 67 yesterday and today it’s the turn of tyre technician Keith “Biddy” Biddick, who’s 53. Many happy returns, Keith.

Our PR girl Claire Williams was left to ponder the ingredients used in sweet & sour shrimps last night. After ordering said dish in a respectable Shanghai restaurant, she was told by the waiter: “You not have; you not man”! Too much sour, not enough sweet?

The Formula One paddock will be without McLaren boss Ron Dennis from hereon. He completed the passing of his team’s reins to Martin Whitmarsh last night, which was met with sadness by Williams F1 boss Frank Williams. “Ron’s record speaks for itself,” said FW. “He will be missed.”
