iWitness in Monte Carlo: Saturday
Posted on Sunday 24 May 2009
Nico and Kazuki met the 2008 finalists from British TV show “Britain’s Got Talent” this afternoon when they had their photographs taken with string quartet Escala. The girls were guests of AT&T Williams sponsor Randstad. Some guys get all the fun…It was a busy day in the AT&T Williams kitchen. Serving foie gras, the Monaco ‘must-have’, our hard working chefs turned around 36 guests lunches this afternoon; that’s 11 more than the Saturday of the Spanish Grand Prix two weeks ago.
Congratulations to our test driver Nico Hulkenberg, who ended today’s GP2 Sprint Race in third position. Added to his fourth place in yesterday’s feature race, Nico lies sixth in the points’ standings after two events.
Monaco 2009 is turning into an old boys gathering for Williams World Champions. Spotted this weekend are Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell, Jacques Villeneuve and Keke Rosberg. Look forward to seeing you all for a cuppa!
