BUDAPEST, July 31 (Reuters) - Japan's Kamui Kobayashi was handed a five place penalty on the Hungarian Grand Prix starting grid on Saturday for failing to stop to have his car weighed after the first qualifying session.
The Sauber driver, who has scored all his Swiss-based team's 15 points so far this season, had qualified 18th in the 24-strong field.
Spanish team mate Pedro de la Rosa will start ninth at a circuit where overtaking is notoriously difficult.
