Michael Caines is a partner and ambassador for ROKiT Williams Racing. He is also one of Britain's most acclaimed chefs with a global reputation for his modern European cuisine, having held two Michelin stars for 18 years.
Amongst numerous other accolades, Michael has cooked in 10 Downing Street for the Prime Minister, received an MBE in 2006 for services to the hospitality industry and was awarded AA Chef’s Chef of the Year in 2007.
In 2017 he launched his own luxury country house hotel and restaurant, Lympstone Manor, on the Exe estuary in Devon.
In addition to Lympstone Manor, Michael oversees the dining experiences at The Coach House by Michael Caines at Kentisbury Grange in North Devon, and Palé Hall in North Wales. He supports a number of charities including Families for Children, Farms for City Children, the Exeter Foundation, One for the Boys and WESC.
