We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our busy and dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner this role will be the dedicated operational HR point of contact for a collection of departments in Williams Advanced Engineering, providing the full range of human resource services spanning the complete employee lifecycle. Operating a business partner model, this role will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the teams supported developing a keen understanding of the aims, objectives and challenges facing them to deliver tailored and proactive HR services.
Key role responsibilities include operating a direct sourcing model of recruitment, advising on employee relations issues and contributing to ongoing organisational transformation. You will work to deliver an excellent employee on-boarding experience that supports the culture of the organisation, as well as being responsible for accurate data input and maintenance. Experience of HR system implementation would be advantageous.
Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified, you will have previous experience of delivering HR activities within in a busy and varied HR role. You will be a problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude and a proven ability to deliver a high standard of HR customer service to create effective working relationships.
