Williams HQ FAQs
What is the security process to access the Williams venue?
Prior to your visit, you will be added to our security processing system, Envoy, for this we require your full name, email address, registration number, arrival date and time. Once added to the system you will receive an email notification to accept the site's terms and conditions to complete your registration.
What parking arrangements are there at Williams?
We have limited parking onsite; however, for larger groups/events, over 50, arrangements will be made to cone off parking areas.
Is the Williams site accessible to all visitors?
We offer easy access to parking and toilets. We also have lifts to the upper floors of the venue.
Is there somewhere safe to leave my bags/coats?
When visiting the site for an event at the Experience Centre, we provide coat hangers at reception. We also have a limited capacity to store bags/luggage.
Can I access Wi-Fi on site?
We have guest Wi-Fi for whilst you are on the site. When you arrive, we can provide the details of how to access when you arrive on site.
Do you have any Electric Vehicle charging points?
We do not currently offer visitor charging points on our site.
Can I bring my child/children to a Williams Race Day?
Our minimum age for the Race Day screenings is 13 years old and over and tickets must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.
Can I bring my child/children to a Williams Heritage tour?
Our minimum age for the Heritage tour is 13 years old and over and tickets must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.
Do you offer a carer ticket for free or at a discounted rate for either Heritage Tours or Race Days?
We can offer a discount on carer tickets. The relevant carer documentation needs to be emailed to our events team prior to ordering your tickets.
Are tickets for children available?
All our tickets are charged at a flat rate whether they are for children or adults. This is the same for both Race Days and Heritage Tours.
Can we access the Williams shop on our visit?
Yes! The shop will be open for you to browse and make purchases.
Can we bring our own food on a Heritage Tour or Race Day?
We do aim to cater for all dietary requirements; although, we understand guests sometimes prefer to bring their own. Please speak with one of the events team to discuss your dietary requirements.
What is the minimum age for Esports public evenings?
The minimum age is 13 years old. Although, any guest under the age of 18 will have to be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.
Do I have to buy a ticket if I am accompanying someone under 18 years old?
A ticket will need to be purchased if the accompanying adult would like to join in with the activity or have food during the visit.
Do I have to print a ticket for my visit to the Experience Centre?
A ticket for your visit isn't necessary as you will have been booked on to our internal security system before your visit to Williams and will receive an email invite.
Can I change the date of my Race Day or Heritage Tour ticket that I have purchased?
If you would like to swap out your tickets for a different date, please contact our events team on events@williamsf1.com. Please note that all ticket swaps are at the discretion of the events team and are not guaranteed as per our cancellation or amendment policy.
