As the season takes a short break, there’s another competition playing out away from the track, and it’s one that has the attention of plenty across the paddock: The Masters.
With Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz as our drivers at Grove, it’s no surprise that golf has become a regular talking point. From rounds between races to on-camera challenges, the fairway is never too far from our drivers’ minds.
But this isn’t anything new. In fact, the link between Williams and the game stretches back decades.
A winning connection
Cast your mind back to 1996 – a year that delivered success on both sides of the Atlantic.

So, if you’re ever around Alex and Carlos, chances are you’re only a few conversations away from some golf chat.
But if you were heading out for 18 holes, who would you rather have as your caddy for the day? Let us know in the poll below and earn five WClub points.
