Formula 1 has today revealed that Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will feature on the F1 calendar until 2032 on a rotational basis.
The Spanish venue, which has hosted a Grand Prix every season since 1991, will switch yearly with Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, which was confirmed as a rotational venue last year.
Barcelona will feature on this year’s calendar as planned, before returning in 2028, 2030 and 2032.
Meanwhile, the Belgian circuit will host F1 races in 2026, 2027, 2029 and 2031.
Our most recent Grand Prix victory came at Barcelona-Catalunya in 2012
Atlassian Williams F1 Team boasts six race wins in Barcelona, including victory at each of the first four events held at the circuit, as well as our most recent triumph when Pastor Maldonado took P1 in 2012.
This news follows December’s announcement that Portugal’s Autódromo Internacional do Algarve will return to the calendar in 2027 and 2028.
