After a few weeks away, we can finally say it again… Formula 1 is (almost) back.
The 2026 season resumes with a trip to the Miami Grand Prix. It’s also a Sprint weekend, meaning more competitive action packed into three days – and a slightly revised schedule to go with it. With Free Practice 1 extended, the opening session now gets underway a little earlier than usual, so make sure you’ve got those times locked in.
For fans across the Americas, this is one of the more comfortable races on the calendar. Europe and Africa can look forward to evening sessions, while Asia-Pacific viewers may need to shift back into night-owl mode after a run of friendlier time zones.
Wherever you’re watching from, we’ve broken down exactly when the cars will be on track – from the extended FP1 session through to Sprint Saturday and Sunday’s Grand Prix.
