It’s been one of the driving forces behind Formula 1’s massive rise in popularity, and today the release date for the new series of Drive to Survive has been confirmed.

Season 8 of Formula 1: Drive to Survive will launch on February 27th 2026, exclusively on Netflix.

There was plenty to unpack from a truly memorable 2025 season, from title battles to an incredibly tight midfield fight, and the newest series promises even more behind-the-scenes insight.

It will be the perfect way to get in the mood for the 2026 campaign, with the new season dropping on the streaming platform the weekend before we get underway in Australia for Round 1.
