Welcome to the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, better known as Imola, a circuit rich in motorsport history and tradition, hosting the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
Imola has hosted the Italian and San Marino Grands Prix in the past, and its narrow track with minimal runoff areas harkens back to a classic venue that demands pinpoint precision from the drivers.
Passionate Italian fans and the Emilia Romagna region's gorgeous nature create an amazing atmosphere as the cars make their way through the undulations and woodland.
Circuit Overview:
Imola's 4.909 km (3.050 miles) anti-clockwise layout features 19 turns that wind through the scenic Santerno River valley.
The circuit begins with a sequence of high-speed chicanes, with the iconic Tamburello and Villeneuve corners making up the first sector.
Sector 2 is a rollercoaster, especially with the downhill braking zone at Acque Mineralli, and it ends with Sector 3's hilltop Variante Alta chicane and a tricky downhill run into Rivazza as two right-hand corners end this historic lap.
