Welcome to the Silverstone Circuit, home of the British Grand Prix, located in the heart of England, and the scene of the first World Championship race.
Known as the "Home of British Motor Racing," Silverstone is famed for its fast corners and high-speed layout, creating a flat-out challenge to drivers and plenty of action for fans.
Like many circuits with such a long life, Silverstone has undergone numerous modifications since its inception, but it never lost its core characteristics of speed and bravery for those who tackle it.
Circuit Overview:
Silverstone's modern 5.891 km (3.661 miles) layout boasts 18 turns, many of them featuring iconic names that have decades of memories associated with them.
Sector 1 is the newest part of the track, and the twists of Village and The Loop let the field close up before zooming down the Wellington Straight to start Sector 2 at Brooklands and Luffield, where wheel-to-wheel battling often occurs.
The second sector also includes the legendary Maggotts-Becketts-Chapel complex, where high-speed direction changes defy belief before Sector 3's Hangar Straight, Stowe Corner, and Vale-Chapel round out a lap with more overtaking opportunities.

And... breathe 😮‍💨
What a 52 laps of racing that was. So many highs and lows as Formula 1 delivers again. We were so close to double points, but they were cruelly snatched away late on.
We will make the short trip back to Grove with four points in our pocket. Stay tuned for full reaction from Silverstone...

CARLOS to PIT
This year my luck is incredible. JV to CARLOS: Carlos, a really difficult race. Well done. Situations occur, they weren't in your control. That was outside of it. I think my reflection is we had to park our pace at the end. That car was too damaged. We didn't get it all right. Well done for persisting on this. I'm looking forward to the Spa where we move forward again to the field.

PIT to ALEX
Lovely stuff, P8. P8. ALEX to PIT: Yes! Yes! Well done everyone. JV to PIT: I think there were moments where we just weren't quick enough and then as it dried up it got into those grip conditions you were flying at the end. Lots to learn but I'm looking forward to Spa where we take a step again. ALEX to PIT: Congrats to Nico, what a legend!
