Ann Perrins joined Williams Racing in June 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer. After gaining early career experience in banking and management consulting, Ann spent the next 20 years in global Engineering, Technology & Operations environments. She worked at BP for 17 years, progressing through senior HR leadership positions, and playing leading roles in business transformation projects. During this time she was based overseas for many years before returning to London. In the 3 years prior to joining Williams, Ann built and delivered a new people plan at GKN Automotive, as they prepared for the sale from Melrose Industries.
Ann believes in the power of setting ambitious business goals and translating them into pragmatic people strategies to drive performance. Her focus at Williams is to build a thriving, positive culture which will retain and attract the very brightest and best people, and enable the team to win multiple World Championships. Ann holds a BA in Politics, and an MSc in Business Systems Analysis & Design.
