Team Principal

James Vowles is Team Principal at Atlassian Williams F1 Team.

Just the third Team Principal in Atlassian Williams F1 Team's history, James Vowles is leading the transformation of the team in pursuit of future championship success.

James joined Williams in 2023, following a 24-year career at the very forefront of Formula 1.
