Marcus joined Williams Racing as Director of Marketing in 2022, managing all marketing related topics both at Grove and trackside.
With two decades of experience in global motorsport and the automotive industry, Marcus specialises in brand marketing and has a wealth of experience in the sporting, hospitality and leisure landscapes. His areas of expertise include corporate partnerships, marketing and event operations, content creation, project management and brand management.
Marcus spent 12 years as part of the Red Bull family, firstly as Race Team Manager for the Red Bull Air Race before taking on the role as Head of Brand and Projects at Red Bull Racing on the Formula 1 programme. He then moved to R-Universe/Aston Martin St. Gallen as Head of Marketing, running global marketing for the luxury automotive brand.
