Marcus Prosser is Marketing Director at Atlassian Williams F1 Team.

Marcus leads the team's global marketing function across Grove, London and trackside operations, while also overseeing brand, creative, content and fan engagement. Marcus began working with Williams in 2022, seizing the opportunity to help rebuild one of Formula 1’s most iconic teams. Since then, he has been part of the wider business transformation, helping reposition Williams as a modern global sports brand while honouring its rich heritage, strengthening its commercial proposition and supporting its long-term growth.

Prior to joining Williams, Marcus spent 12 years as part of the Red Bull family, firstly as Race Team Manager for the Red Bull Air Race before taking on the role as Head of Brand and Projects at Red Bull Racing on the Formula 1 programme. He then moved to R-Universe/Aston Martin St. Gallen as Head of Marketing, running global marketing for the luxury automotive brand. With more than two decades of experience across Formula 1, elite motorsport and the automotive sector, Marcus brings a distinctive combination of commercial, operational and technical expertise to Williams.
