Our warehouse will be closed on all major international holidays. Orders will ship out the next following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order.
We reserve the right to split orders and ship items separately if this reduces processing time and does not result in customer disadvantage. In this case there are no additional shipping costs.
Your shipping address must be entered at the checkout and can be different to your billing address. We will only ship to those countries listed above and can ship to PO boxes.

Items ordered from Canada, South America, and the United States of America will be shipped from Miami, USA; items for all other countries are shipped from the United Kingdom. For most orders, Customs and Duty charges are included in the shipping fee. However, for certain countries, orders may incur duty & other charges upon entry. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient, and we will not accept liability for any such costs. We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

. If your return is accepted, you will be able to download a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of shipping the return back to us will be free-of-charge.

immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
