Take a took look back at our 1981 Caesars Palace Grand Prix victory, plus the trophy has a look around Las Vegas

In 1981, Alan Jones took victory at the inaugural Caesars Palace GP
We took the trophy back to Vegas ahead of F1's return in November.
The race took place in the parking lot of the Caesar's Palace hotel. Teammate Carlos Reutemann (pictured) had been in title contention in what was the final round, but finished outside of the points.
It was the final win of Jones' F1 career as he retired after the race, only to return a couple of seasons later.
There was only one more Caesars' Palace GP, won by Tyrrell. This means we're the only team on the grid with winning experience in Sin City.
Looking forward to racing in this city once again next month!
