It's a race up high in Mexico City for Formula 1 on Sunday. Are the temperatures as high as the altitude for 2023, or is there a high chance of wet weather?

Rain isn't ordinarily a threat for the race around Mexico's capital city – indeed there has never been a wet running of this Grand Prix – but with Hurricane Otis affecting the country, will we be in for a surprise?
