Today, Formula 1 is the biggest annual sporting competition in the world, with more than 800 million fans, over 20 races, and billions of pounds of economic value. Atlassian Williams F1 Team is a key part of the ecosystem. We are one of 11 teams on the grid, now with a near 50-year history and 1,200 people across our sites in Grove, London, and New York. We know that we have a critical role to play in helping the sport move forward – whether that’s by reducing our Environmental Impact, helping more people to get involved in racing, or creating new economic opportunities.
We are committed to working with F1, the teams, our partners, and our suppliers to help create a brighter future for the communities and places where we race. In 2025-2026, Williams has continued to strengthen our sustainability and social impact approach, including through new double materiality assessments, waste audits, and ongoing investment in our driver, STEM, and academy programmes.
