Atlassian Williams Racing will line up in P12 and P13 for the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix after a Qualifying session of fine margins.
The team made it through the first stage of Qualifying, but only just. Traffic at the end of the pit lane meant neither Carlos Sainz nor Alex Albon got around in time to beat the chequered flag.
However, their earlier times in the session meant when Pierre Gasly found the wall in the middle sector, drivers ahead of them were unable to improve on their times, meaning we moved on in P11 and P15.
In Q2, our pair were among the first to set their final times and face a nervous wait to see if they were enough to make it through – sadly both slipped below the elimination line.
Alex will start P12 at the race he considers home after a 1:30.202, with Carlos just behind in P13 with his 1:30.235.
