“Omg I love love love it” - Bianca on Twitter

The cat’s out of the bag… well the car is out of the paint shop – our 2022 livery was revealed earlier today and it’s been great to see that so many of you love it as much as we do.
Featuring contrasting diamond shapes and flashes of red and blue, the FW44 is certain to stand out when we hit that first race in Bahrain next month.
Speaking at the launch - which you can watch in full here - our CEO and Team Principal Jost Capito said: “The design really reflects our brand definition we re-did last year, especially when you look at the various shades of blue with our diamond scheme.
“The little touch of red is there because we are a proud British team.”
Similarly full of praise for the new look were our two drivers for this season, Nicholas Latifi and Alex Albon.
The Canadian, who is heading into his third season in the Williams cockpit said: “The blue has been synonymous with Williams for many, many years so I think it’s important that it stayed.
“The new flashes of red and electric blue look great in person and will look even better on camera,” with his cross-garage colleague adding: “It’s clean, it IS blue! It looks really good, I feel like it looks smart and looks like a fast racing car.”
Brand Ambassador Jenson Button, speaking at a Q&A with Williams competition winners, teased that the best pictures might still be yet to come (and stay tuned on this).
“I really like it, but I think you need to see it in the flesh or moving,” the 2009 World Champion suggested, adding: “The photos are really cool, but we’ve just sent the FW44 out for a few laps and Silverstone and it looks even better.”
But that’s enough from us, what really matters is what you think. Here are some of our favourite posts from the reveal.
