A view through the lens of our No23's busy first few days at Grove

It’s been a busy week here at our Grove headquarters as Alex Albon stepped through the doors for the first time as a Williams Racing driver.
With the pre-season programme underway and the first race in Bahrain firmly in our sights, Alex was straight down to work and our cameras were with him every step of the way.
Let’s take a look through some of the best shots from Albono’s first week in his new surroundings.
It's always important to arrive nice and early on your first day in a new job.
Stepping into a new era.
A quick briefing before it's time to get to work.
Meeting Ben Hale-Heighway, Lead Engineer - Simulator Operations.
Alex planning his first overtake of the season, alongside his new engineering team: James Urwin (pictured centre), Senior Race Engineer, and Andrew Vizard (right), Performance Engineer.
There was even time to bust out the robot.
That's enough of the dancing, it's time to get in the hot seat.
All eyes are on Bahrain.
Time to take a mould so Alex can race with a perfect in-ear headphone.
Taking in some of the classics, namely Jenson Button’s FW22.
It was a bit of a squeeze, but our new man made it.
Signing off with the signature move.
