At Atlassian Williams F1 Team, we’re driven to spark excitement for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in the next generation. Through our free enrichment days, we open the doors of motorsport to students aged 8–16 - inspiring those already curious about STEM careers and igniting possibilities for those just starting their journey.

We turn lessons into life skills - enrichment days that make STEM real, fun, and future-focused, while supporting Gatsby Benchmarks.

Hosted at our Grove HQ - the home of Williams innovation - this action-packed experience welcomes up to 40 students aged 8–16. Each enrichment day is crafted to spark curiosity, build skills, and deliver maximum excitement - featuring:

Williams Composites Challenge:

Led by Williams specialists, these sessions showcase the real roles and responsibilities that drive innovation in motorsport and beyond.

Williams Sim Racing:

Esports is one of the fastest-growing areas in STEM - bursting with opportunities and future careers.

Explore what it takes to be part of a world-class Sim Racing team and discover the possibilities across the wider Esports industry.

Then it’s your turn: step into the driver’s seat in our professional Esports simulators, race the world’s most iconic tracks, and battle friends and classmates for the ultimate bragging right

Heritage Museum Tour:

With 9 Constructors’ Championships, 7 Drivers’ Championships, over 100 race wins and more than 300 podiums, Williams has one of the most legendary legacies in motorsport. All of it is brought to life in one of the world’s largest private collections of Formula 1 cars.

Embark on a behind-the-scenes tour through Williams history - seeing how F1 cars have evolved decade by decade, from the raw power of the 1970s to today’s cutting-edge machines. Along the way, uncover the STEM breakthroughs, careers, and brilliant minds that made it all possible.
