Logan Sargeant has chosen the race number that will adorn his car throughout his Formula One career, starting in 2023.
The 21-year-old American will carry the number 2.
“I used to run it in Formula Renault,” Logan explained, continuing: “And I had a pretty good season that year.”
“Number 3 is my number, but that’s taken so I figured why not take a winning number from the past and run with it in F1?”
The aforementioned 2018 Formula Renault Eurocup campaign saw Logan celebrate three wins and seven podiums before graduating up the motorsport ladder into Formula 3.
