Race Beyond the Track: Airia’s Virtual AI Agent Hackathon

As anticipation builds for the first race weekend of 2026, our Official Partner Airia is inviting innovators, creators and problem-solvers to take on a challenge of their own.

Hosted by Airia, the Virtual AI Agent Hackathon is underway and runs through to March 1, with participants given a week to design autonomous AI agents that elevate the fan experience.

The hackathon started on Monday, and the stage is set for a week of rapid ideation, collaboration and innovation. Projects must be submitted by March 1 at 11:59 PM (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

Airia’s top submissions will be showcased at an Awards Ceremony in our very own Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone presented by Kraken in Melbourne on March 4th, ahead of the first race weekend of 2026.

The event will commence at 8pm, celebrating the top submissions from the participants.
