Catch up with our Academy driver’s latest round of Indy NXT

All the Williams Racing action happened on the other side of the Atlantic from our Grove headquarters over the weekend, with Jamie Chadwick back in Indy NXT action.
While Alex and Logan tackled Montreal, Jamie was racing on the other side of the Great Lakes at Wisconsin's Road America in a weekend of two halves.

Jamie's best qualifying session of her Indy NXT rookie season saw the British racer make a top-10 grid slot, with a lap good enough for P9 as the chequered flag flew in the late stages of Saturday's running.
Unfortunately, that high position didn't remain too long in Sunday's race after Jamie went through the gravel on the second lap scrapping for ninth place with Josh Pierson. The two made contact and the off-road excursion had our Academy driver fall to the back of the pack in P19.
A late-race caution after a high-speed crash for Christian Rasmussen closed the pack up, and Jamie enjoyed more wheel-to-wheel racing once the green flag waved.
Fighting with Jagger Jones on the restart saw a brief spell in P14 before settling for a P15 finish and 15 more points for her 2023 campaign.
Ohio is the next location of Jamie's American Indy NXT tour, with the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course hosting the championship on July 2.
The entire Williams Racing Driver Academy will be racing then, with Formula 2 and Formula 3 supporting the Austrian Grand Prix at Spielberg.
