Find out your Pit Wall Predictions score, and discover how ‘The Strategist’ fared after Round 2.

The 2024 Saudi Arabian GP had some unexpected strategic decisions thanks to the early Safety Car period that made our free-to-play game, Pit Wall Predictions, presented by Gulf, a little more challenging.
Even our Grove guru, 'The Strategist', couldn't predict when Bernd Mayländer would appear, but one of our players can – as we had a single player take the first perfect score of 2024.
How did you do for Round 2? And did you fare better than The Strategist? Find out below!

Q1) On which lap will Alex make his first stop?

The Lance Stroll crash meant most drivers took their pit stop during the resulting Safety Car period in the opening laps.
Just 2% of players scored in our opening question, with 85% of players incorrectly following The Strategist with a Lap 11-20 pick.

Q2) On which lap will Logan make his first stop?

It's an almost identical story as Question 1 here, as 79% got this wrong by choosing Lap 11-20 like The Strategist.
If you went for Lap 1-10, you're one of the 10% to take five points for Q2.

Q3) Which Williams Racing driver will pit first?

This 50/50 question had mere seconds between the drivers' pit stops as we executed the double-stack pit stop in the Safety Car period.
41% of players rightly went for Alex here to score points, and The Strategist was one of them.

Q4) When the first Williams Racing driver pits, what position will they pit from?

Our midfield fighting spirit was as strong as ever, and Alex was running in P12 when he entered the pit lane.
That meant P11-P15 was the correct answer – as 56% of players, including The Strategist, predicted.

Q5) When Alex makes his first stop, what will the gap be between him and the car ahead?

With the Safety Car bunching the pack up, the gap between all drivers was tiny, so Albono was within 2.5s of the rear wing in front of him.
The Strategist got this one right, as did 25% of all players.

Q6) When Logan makes his first stop, what will the gap be between him and the car ahead?

Unsurprisingly, Logan was also glued to the tail of the car in front for another 0.1-2.5s answer.
Again, The Strategist's prediction was bang on, and 24% of you followed their call to score five points.

Q7) How many Virtual Safety Car periods will there be?

We had yellow flags and a full SC period, but there wasn't any VSC slowdown in Saudi Arabia.
That wasn't news to The Strategist, who predicted zero, just like 27% of players.

Q8) How many full Safety Car periods will there be?

Just one appearance from the Safety Car this year in Saudi Arabia means we end this week's Pit Wall Predictions, presented by Gulf, with an error from The Strategist.
They wrongly predicted two, but this was our highest-scoring question for everyone else, as 69% of players chose 'one' as their answer.

The Strategist’s Score:

5/8 – One better than Bahrain for The Strategist, who now has 45 points to their name.
Out front, there is a single player with 60 points to lead the order, but it's a slender five-point margin to P2.
Pit Wall Predictions, presented by Gulf, will return for the Australian GP later this month.
