From showcars and Esports rigs to special appearances and exclusive giveaways, the Atlassian Williams Racing Fan Zone has it all.
NEXT STOP: LAS VEGAS
Atlassian Williams Racing welcomes for the very first time, presenting partner Zoox as headliner of our Atlassian Williams Racing Fan Zone, as the fan-first experience returns to Las Vegas.
Located at the iconic Brooklyn Bridge at New York - New York, Hotel & Casino, the Atlassian Williams Racing Fan Zone presented by Zoox provides an immersive experience for racing fans, bringing unmatched access to the sport they love.
Opening on November 17th, fans will get the opportunity to interact with the team and its partners in new and exciting ways, including Q&As with the team’s stars, a host of interactive experiences, and chances to get up close with Atlassian Williams Racing’s past, present and future.
During the Fan Zone, fans will have the opportunity to:
Hear Q&As from Atlassian Williams Racing F1 driver Carlos Sainz, Team Principal James Vowles, 2009 F1 World Champion and Atlassian Williams Racing Ambassador Jenson Button, and F1 Academy driver Lia Block – stay tuned for full timings
Enter ‘Zoox backstage’ where fans can take part in the pit stop challenge, cool down at the slushie bar & see Zoox’s autonomous car in person
Show their speed at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit on our state-of-the-art esports simulators
Discover our partners with the Airia’s Reaction Zone and try their hand at driving Komatsu’s Haul Truck Simulator.
Get up close with our FW47 show car
Get their hands on Atlassian Williams Racing merchandise.
Each day, the Fan Zone stage will play host to World Tour Live – where we’ll have DJs pumping tunes and giving away exclusive prizes to fans who participate in a variety of challenges - like sim racing, the pit stop challenge, daily quizzes and dance competitions.

Entry Information
All fans wishing to attend the Fan Zone will be required to:
Download and register an account on our official Atlassian Williams Racing app
Create their customisable Driver Card
Upon arrival, fans must present their Driver Card to a staff member for entry.
With our app, fans can take part in the digital treasure hunt by tapping NFC tags around the Fan Zone to unlock badges – collect them all and win prizes.
Places at our appearances are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand is high, we may issue wristbands to allow guests to leave and return at an allocated time. This system will be clearly explained at the Fan Zone entrance.

How much does it cost to enter?
Our Fan Zones are free to enter! For the best experience, make sure you’ve downloaded the Atlassian Williams Racing app (also free!), register for the Fan Zone and get your Driver Card.
How do I play on the simulator rigs?
Playing on the simulators is completely free, all we ask is that you download the Williams Racing app and register for the Fan Zone.
What are the opening hours?
Our opening hours for Las Vegas will be announced closer to the event week.
How do I win prizes?
You have the chance to win prizes by scanning NFC codes at our Fan Zone! Simply join the Atlassian Williams Racing app to get started.
Can I bring food and drink?
We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming food and drink inside the Fan Zone as it is not permitted.
Is there disabled access?
The Singapore Fan Zone has disabled access, please see a member of staff should you require any further assistance.
What time shall I arrive for a Q&A?
Our appearances are always very popular and space is operated on a first come first serve basis. We strongly suggest arriving early to avoid any disappointment.
Can I buy Atlassian Williams Racing items at the Fan Zone?
Of course! We will have a wide range of Williams Racing merchandise available to purchase. Our Fan Zone only accepts card payments.
Can I make returns?
You can return for free during the Fan Zone, otherwise you may incur shipping costs.
Are there public bathrooms or changing rooms?
No, we do not have these in the Fan Zone.
