Legendary artists confirmed for DJ Cassidy’s Pass the Mic Live

We are delighted to reveal that Robin Thicke, Wyclef Jean and Shaggy will be joining Williams Racing and DJ Cassidy at our Austin City Limits party on Friday 21 October.

After announcing earlier in the week that DJ Cassidy would bring his popular Pass the Mic series to the legendary Austin City Limits Moody Theatre for a unique Williams Racing party, we can now confirm that these three legendary names will also take to the stage.

Cassidy’s popular show brings together a collection of iconic artists to sing along to their most definitive songs, each one passing the mic to the next.

And songs don’t come much bigger than some of those produced by our special guests.

Perhaps best known for his 2013 single Blurred Lines, one of the best-selling singles of all time, Robin Thicke is a Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and record producer.

Rapper, musician and actor, Wyclef Jean, is widely recognised for his 1996 album The Score, which became one of the best-selling albums of all time. He has won three Grammy Awards and received a Golden Globe Award nomination for his musical work.

Musician, singer, DJ, and actor, Shaggy, whose hugely popular hit It Wasn’t Me is the 11th biggest-selling single of the 21st century, has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards, winning twice, and has also picked up a Brit Award.

With these three iconic names from the world of music now confirmed as part of DJ Cassidy’s Pass the Mic show, we’re sure to be in for a party fit for Texas.
