The Carbono Badge design challenge returns for 2026

In 2025, Atlassian Williams F1 Team fans from across the world answered the call to design a one-of-a-kind Carbono badge celebrating our driver pairing of Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon. Hundreds of submissions poured in, each with its own unique take on what defines our duo.

From there, a final shortlist was selected, before fans once again had their say – voting for their favourites. The two designs with the most votes were then handed to Carlos and Alex, who made the final call on the winning badge.

That honour went to Fatima from the Philippines, whose design captured the personalities of both drivers in a single, standout image. Her Carbono badge went on to become a digital collectible for fans – and now, for 2026, the challenge returns.

We’re once again inviting fans to submit their own Carbono badge designs, giving you the chance to leave your mark on the season ahead. Whether you take inspiration from Carlos and Alex’s personalities, their on-track partnership, or your own interpretation of what Carbono means to you, this is your opportunity to get creative.

Just like last time, submissions will be narrowed down to a final shortlist before fans vote to decide the top designs. From there, Carlos and Alex will make the final decision on their favourite – and the winning badge will be turned into a digital collectible for fans to own.

Submissions are now open, but you’ll need to be quick. Fans have until midnight on Tuesday 10th February to submit their Carbono badge design before voting opens next week.
