Steven began his career in journalism, working for autosport.com to interview F1 drivers across the world.

Steven has worked for Williams for the last 8 years, previously being Head of Creative Services before encouraging the team to focus on esports, seeing how it could be used as a tool to bring in a younger generation.

Steven became Director of Esports in the last year and he continues to tirelessly work to bring more people to the world of sim-racing.

Did you know: Steven has two dogs, Ralff, a Bordernese and Mollie, a Jack Russell.
