Compete in more races. Beating drivers with a higher ELO will provide a larger boost in ELO than beating drivers with a lower ELO. Think of ELO as a betting system: By entering a race you are wagering some ELO points and depending on how you finish, you either give your points to another driver or take some of theirs. All drivers will start in the BRONZE tier and can work their way up to ALIEN.
