Celebrating some of our fans’ best moments from the Trackside Arcade

As part of Fan Appreciation 2025, we’re shining the spotlight on six fans who shared their standout stories from the Trackside Arcade. From Pit Wall Predictions to Circuit Breaker, Tyre or Lower and the Virtual Garage, here’s how they’ve been getting involved – and why being part of Atlassian Williams Racing means so much to them

Tina O - Great Britain

“I discovered Pit Wall Predictions on the app and thought it was a fun way to get involved. I like to guess the outcome of the races – some weeks I do better than others!
"I also play Tyre or Lower, which I can be equally as bad at… I’ve given Circuit Breaker a go and explored the Virtual Garage too.
"I’m collecting my race badges each Grand Prix and I love keeping up with all the latest team news, especially how open James is with the fans. I check in on the app regularly, particularly on race weekends.
"I’ve been an F1 fan for more years than I can remember – I remember Nigel Mansell’s big blowout and was a big Jenson Button fan. I’ve been supporting Williams for many years and still do today.”

Hermes Joy T - Philippines

“I first discovered Circuit Breaker through the Williams app and quickly got hooked. I found myself playing it a lot during summer breaks, the off-season, and while waiting for races.
"What I enjoy most is the thrill of racing –even if it’s just on my phone. The sound of the engines and pit stops makes it feel exciting and immersive.
"I’ve tried all of the Arcade games, but Williams Garage is definitely my favourite. I also love collecting badges – each one feels like a small achievement that keeps me motivated to explore more.
"I’ve been a big Carlos Sainz fan, so when he announced he’d be driving for Williams, I instantly became a devoted supporter. Since then, I’ve kept up with all the latest news and really enjoy engaging with the content – it makes me feel closer to the team.”

Anyapha A - Thailand

“I discovered Circuit Breaker through the Williams app and I love how I can control the car and explore different tracks. The graphics feel really fun and friendly, and I enjoy unlocking rewards like cars and helmets. Honestly, I play all of the Arcade games!
"The badge system is another great feature – it keeps me engaged with Williams while I follow race updates and driver news.
"I’m Thai, so I first became a fan through Alex. Over time, I’ve found myself cheering for Williams as a whole, especially with James Vowles pushing the team forward. I was most excited when Carlos joined the family – I can’t wait for what’s to come in 2026.”

Colin R - USA

“I first downloaded the app for Circuit Breaker and soon discovered Tyre or Lower. I thought it was a great way of getting ready for race weekends. The questions really make you think – from tyre strategies to pit stops, the weather, and driver performance. It’s also fun to compare your results with other fans.
"I also enjoy Pit Wall Predictions and Circuit Breaker, though I’d love to see more tracks added. Beyond the games, I really value the exclusive insights into the team and drivers – plus the badges and competitions keep me coming back.
"I first became a fan in the 1980s and have followed Williams ever since. Growing up in England, it was incredible to see Frank Williams taking on the giants of Ferrari, McLaren, Lotus, and Renault – and winning championships with drivers like Mansell, Hill, Villeneuve and Prost. It was a special era, but I’d love to see Williams add more titles in the future.”

Lee W - Great Britain

“I discovered the Virtual Garage just by scrolling through the app and I love it because I enjoy a challenge. I also compete in Pit Wall Predictions, take on the three-minute missions, and never miss The Vowles Verdict.
"I’ve been a fan since 1982 and I’ve only become more fanatical over the years.
"I’ve attended a factory tour, and while I sadly missed out on the heritage tour, I regularly go to Silverstone – only missing a handful of years since the 1992 Mansell era.
"Williams has an incredible history and it’s something I’m proud to be part of as a fan.”

Inés N

“I discovered the Arcade when signing up for the Williams Racing newsletter and received an email about it.
"I like that you never know what the result will be – sometimes it’s what you expect, but often it’s a surprise.
"I enjoy the Garage, the racing game, and Pit Wall Predictions (even if I’m not very good at it!). I also love the fun content with Carlos and Alex.
"As a Spaniard, Carlos Sainz brought me into the fandom when he joined Williams, and I’ve grown to love the team as a whole. Now I watch every update and piece of content you release.”
