Our F3 racer leads the way after the three-day Pre-Season Test, whilst our F2 duo also find their feet in new machinery

Luke Browning has wrapped up the three-day Formula 3 Pre-Season Test on top after setting the quickest time across all six sessions.
Our Academy racer is busy preparing for his sophomore year in the series and secured the fastest time in Tuesday’s running at the Bahrain International Circuit with a 1:46.566 in the morning session.
The 2023 Macau Grand Prix winner had also been quickest on Monday thanks to a 1:46.819 in the evening session. This was after a rare wet day in Sakhir had kicked off proceedings on Sunday.
“The amount that I've learned from last year to this year, it's been massive,” Luke told FIAFormula3.com after the second day of testing.
“I’ve been picked up not only by Williams but by the structure and the support team I've got around me, it's really good and that is thanks to them.
“We are in the right place; I think we've got the right team around us and hopefully that will show why we are hopefully going to be title contenders this year.”
Luke isn’t our only Academy representative in Bahrain, as F3 have been sharing the running with F2 where Zak O’Sullivan and Franco Colapinto are both getting valuable running in a new generation of machinery.
The pair have completed 292 tours of the Bahrain International Circuit between them and were in or around the top 10 on all three days.
