Our apprenticeships are 4 year programmes, aimed at school leavers who prefer a more practical way of learning. You learn on the job, surrounded by mentors and role models in the field. An apprenticeship blends in the classroom, college learning with the hands on experience in the workplace.

The areas of our apprenticeships will change each year, however we have recently had apprenticeships within Composites, Prototype & Test and Machine Shop. Keep an eye on the careers site for when we advertise our 2024 apprenticeship opportunities.

Applications for our apprenticeships open in the early months of each year (usually around February time).
