Williams Racing actively supports and inspires young talent interested in STEM with a range of programmes from primary schools through to university graduates. Williams support multiple pathways through which young aspiring talent can join Williams Racing, including Work Experience, Apprenticeships, Industrial Placements and Graduate Programmes. Our work experience is aimed at year 10-13 students, providing a unique view of how an F1 team runs. The aim of the week is to help students understand the various jobs and routes in F1 and provide them with the tools to set on the pathway to get there. Applications for our work experience open in January of each year, with select dates running from April – August.

This year we are excited to announce that we will be running an Esports work experience week alongside our ‘standard’ work experience. Applications will be open alongside our ‘standard work experience week’. More details can be found on the Esports Work Experience advert.
