TOP TIPS
Get involved in other forms of work experience (other levels/types of motorsport or other types of engineering-based experiences). It all adds up and will benefit you in the future!
Research! This may be reading, watching YouTube videos, listening to podcasts taking part in courses online, whatever interests you the most! By learning more about different areas of motorsport/engineering will help prepare you for your future.
Keep an eye on careers sites. Even if you aren’t ready to apply for these jobs now, the job descriptions will explain more about what these roles do and what experience/qualifications you will need for that role one day. Why not start this now!
Keep doing what you enjoy. Whilst you are younger, now is the time to explore. Find what you enjoy, find what you don’t. Get involved with a range of activities!
