Jump-start your career in F1 with a graduate programme at Williams
The Williams graduate programme offers you the opportunity to work for 2-3 years, in roles across either our technical or business areas. Depending upon the programme, you may rotate across teams or specialise in one area, all whilst building transferrable skills.
Graduate programmes start in September, when we introduce you to life at Williams and your cohort.
TECHNICAL GRADUATES:
Our technical graduates add a breadth of knowledge and expertise to the departments they are in.
Example roles include Graduate Aerodynamicist, Graduate Design Engineer, Graduate Vehicle Performance Engineer and Graduate Electronics System Engineer.
Roles available will depend upon the team requirements for the year.
To apply for this programme, you will have recently finished bachelor's or master's degree and will be eager to put into action what you have learned.
BUSINESS GRADUATES:
Our business graduate scheme is for exceptional graduates from any degree background.
Example areas include finance, human resources and commercial and marketing
OPERATIONS GRADUATES:
The Operations department is responsible for the programme management, manufacture and delivery of our Formula 1 cars to our customer, the Race Team.
The Operations team work together to ensure that car components are manufactured/supplied to the right specification, quality and delivered on time to be transported to the Race Team.
Example roles include; Operations, Procurement, Sustainability and Quality
